SATELLITE ROLL-THROUGH (locked terms). This stake covers "Qualifier to EPT Main Event" (arranger: Pokerstars) and, only if the player wins AND uses a ticket, "EPT Barcelona Main Event". The backer's percentage is the percentage they buy and applies to both legs. The ticket value is not counted as a separate cashout when it is used in the target event. The backer pays no additional buy-in for the part of the target event covered by the ticket. All cashout from the target event, including expressly included bounties, is shared by percentage. If the ticket is not used but is sold, refunded or exchanged for cash, the actual proceeds are the cashout. If the player, without a contractual or arranger-related reason, does not play the target event, the ticket's official nominal value (EUR 5,300) is treated as cashout. If the ticket is lost, expires, is forfeited or cannot be used because of the player's intentional or negligent act or omission, the ticket shall, for settlement purposes, be deemed to have a cashout equal to the objective ticket value locked before activation (EUR 5,300); this does not exclude any further documented direct loss recoverable under applicable law. Double qualification: Non-transferable ticket that expires worthless with no fault of the player may be zero; if the loss is due to the player's own act, the ticket is valued at the locked objective value. The ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable, with no cash alternative. Valid until 2026-08-22.
